• Burns fat.

• Helps relieve headaches and many more.

Side effects of tea include digestive issues, health risk for pregnant women, insomnia etc.Increases blood pressure, stimulates urination, sleep latency are some of the negative effects of coffee.

We can conclude that tea is great in some aspect while coffee is great in other aspects. In order to lead a healthy life, one must consume it moderately.Also, remember to add fewer sweeteners in your tea or coffee.
